Young people from Ambition Aspire Achieve (AAA) delivered a Team Games Event at Carpenters Primary School in Newham, East London.
The young people were supported by Youth Charter and AAA to plan, organise and deliver the Team Games Event, as part of the Youth Charter's BBC Children in Need We Move Fund #iwill Youth Social Action project.
Youth Charter Ambassador and IBF European Cruiserweight Boxing Champion, Jordan Thompson, was on hand to present medals.
