The Youth Charter’s ‘27’ World Karate Report provides a detailed analysis of the potential for Karate, and Combat Sports in general, to be a Social Vehicle of Change in the UK and around the world.
 
Karate is a low cost accessible sport that teaches values and life skills. It is therefore an ideal grassroots Sport for All that can promote Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Participation.
 
Karate can be used as a tool to engage, equip and empower young people who are disaffected, disenfranchised and disillusioned.
