Amita is a senior executive with 34 years’ experience in driving business success through effective strategic transformation initiatives anchored on customised customer experience. Born in Uganda, and brought up in England, Amita commenced her career in finance in London and expanded her advisory practice to deliver multi-channel solutions across the emerging markets of Asia and Africa. Her strengths lie in start-ups, turnaround and international expansion which is underpinned by her knowledge and experience across government, industry and academia having delivered programmes in over 30 countries. Driven by her core value of enabling individuals to be the best that they can be, she coaches and mentors senior leaders and business owners and is a visiting lecturer at business schools. She is a regular speaker and judge at international events and awards.
