Online SCLP Workshop - Introduction to Safeguarding & Child Protection

This Online Workshop will support Social Coaches who are completing the Introduction to Safeguarding & Child Protection module through the SCLP Academy, with interaction between Social Coaches and Facilitators from across the UK and around the World sharing best practice.

Social Coaches, Social Brokers and Social Professionals all have a duty of care for the young people and communities that they are working with.

This module provides an Introduction to Safeguarding and Child Protection from the perspective of delivering Youthwise Projects with young people and communities.

However, the principles identified in this module are applicable to other areas of work and/or social situations where there maybe a concern about the well-being of children, young people or vulnerable adults.
