2020 has seen the Youth Charter experience an unprecedented year of extraordinary and historical moments in time that leaves us with much to reflect, review and consider.
 
With the Covid-19 Pandemic and George Floyd killing, the world has changed forever in the way that we have lived and will live in the future. The fundamental human rights and responsibilities have seen a social, cultural, economic and political re-set in our global environment and in particular, the lives of young people and the communities in which they live.
 
The Youth Charter’s year saw a response to these two historic global moments in time with a reorganisation, repositioning and realignment with changes now in place to meet the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.
