World Youth Skills Day 2025 is a powerful reminder of the global commitment to youth empowerment through education, training, and opportunity. In alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 4, Quality Education. The Youth Charter’s Community Campus Model continues to be a beacon of hope and transformation for young people around the world.

In a rapidly evolving digital age, where artificial intelligence and emerging technologies are reshaping the world of work, the need for accessible, inclusive, and relevant skills training is more critical than ever. The Youth Charter’s approach is uniquely holistic, bridging sport, art, culture, and digital innovation to provide young people with #SomethingToDo, #SomewhereToGo, and #SomeoneToShowThem.

At the heart of this model are Social Coaches, community-based mentors and role models who guide young people through pathways of education, employment, and entrepreneurship. The integration of AI and digital skills training prepares youth not just for the jobs of today but for the challenges and opportunities of tomorrow.

Through Community Campuses, Youthwise Projects and the SCLP Academy, young people are engaged, equipped, and empowered to become Active Global Citizens. Internships, apprenticeships, and collaborative learning spaces within the Community Campuses offer a platform for real-world experience and social mobility.

This World Youth Skills Day, the Youth Charter renews its Call2Action to governments, organisations, and communities: invest in the potential of youth, support inclusive education systems, and ensure that every young person, regardless of background, has a legacy opportunity to thrive.
