B2022 Community Team collaborated withy Bring the Power to delivery Community Roadshow and sports activations to Meriden Park.

Situated in the North of the Solihull borough the area has seen high levels of deprivation, health inequalities and low sports engagement. The event aimed to engage young people and their families to raise awareness of the Games, increased sense of connectivity to the Games, and increase levels of sports engagement.

We delivered a range of sports including boxing, wheelchair basketball, Squash, and Lawn Bowls. Professional boxer and athlete Galal Yufai attended the day, enraging in boxing demonstrations, children, young people and parents.
