The Record of Achievement & Reflective Learning is for Social Coaches who are delivering Youthwise Projects with young people and their communities to:

1. Record the Youthwise sessions they are delivering

2. Reflect on the Youthwise sessions they are delivering

The Record of Achievement and Reflective Learning will be added to a Social Coach Record of Achievement for:

• SCLP Level 3 Social Coach Award - 1 to 12 Credits (10 hours to 120 hours)

• SCLP Level 3 Social Coach Certificate - 13 to 35 Credits (130 to 360 hours) 

• SCLP Level 3 Social Coach Diploma - 37 credits or more (370+ hours)

The Youth Charter defines Youthwise - Projects / Sessions / Activities, as:

• Youthwise Projects are made up of a number of Youthwise Sessions with a start, middle and end

• Youthwise Sessions are 1 to 3 hours of Youthwise Activities delivered as one session

• Youthwise Activities are Sport, Art, Culture and Digital Activities delivered with young people and their communities during the Youthwise Sessions
