Stafford Jubilee Event

Community Engagement team supported ‘Stafford In the World’ event with the Community roadshow in conjunction with Queens Jubilee, to encourage community cohesion and promote the Games within local community.

Stafford will form part of the Road race route, therefore important for us to raise awareness amongst local communities who will be impacted by the event taking place.

We hosted a variety of Commonwealth sports to encourage participation in Commonwealth Games sports and increase physical active wellbeing amongst communities.

In addition, we utilised sport as an engagement tool to promote other opportunities such as employment, Bring the Power, Get set and cultural programme of events.
