Mission:

To feature the unveiling of the Windrush Commemoration Statue at Waterloo Station, London by live satellite at Birmingham New Street Station.

Aims & Objectives:

The event celebrated The Windrush generation and the thousands of people from the Caribbean who moved to the UK for a new life in the years following WW2 and how this pioneering generation and their descendants have contributed to DNA of Great Britain’s Social and Cultural Diversity in the 21st Century.
