The Ajman Sport Activity Camp was delivered at Ajman University, United Arab Emirates by the Youth Charter.
Three days into the 25th year of the Youth Charter's incredible journey, Geoff and Janice Thompson delivered a three-day multi sport Activity Camp for the young people of Ajman. For the Thompsons, this was an opportunity to do what they love best, engaging with young people, working with young people and inspiring young people.
As Geoff commented:
“This was a fantastic opportunity to bring the work of the Youth Charter to the United Arab Emirates and help build bridges of tolerance and understanding between young people and communities through our sport, arts and cultural activity. A major strand of our work reflects our partnership with the Muhammad Ali Center in Louisville, USA, where we are working in collaboration to deliver the legacy of the late boxing great, Muhammad Ali and his six core principles of Confidence, Conviction, Dedication, Giving, Respect and Spirituality”
