Designed not only to help young people appreciate exercise and develop physical skills but also to provide Educational and Emotional support for young people, this program uses Sport, Music and Performance to create a forum for young people to tell stories, share experiences and build confidence.
This program will in the long run not only help young people develop physical skills but also help them make friends, enhance a sense of belonging as social beings, have fun away from misery, learn to share and play as members of a team, as well as improve on their self-esteem. It will also encourage economic development through providing a cheap method of improving employability among young people by teaching core skills essential for the local workplace, such as teamwork, leadership, discipline and the values of collective effort - having it in mind that the attitudes and behaviours taught to young people through sport, carry over to adult life in the wider community the
