The Youthwise Workshop was delivered with delivered pupils at Manchester Grammar School
YC Chair, Geoff Thompson, was invited to meet with pupils from Manchester Grammar School and discuss his experiences as a World Karate Champion and the work of the Youth Charter.

The workshop provided the pupils with life education experience through a question and answer session with Geoff, learning about his journey from Wolverhampton and East London to World Karate Champion and leading Sport Administrator and campaigner for young people.

The discussion included Sport and Physical Activity and improving the Health and Wellbeing of young people and their communities.

The discussion included Citizenship rights and responsibilties, and youth justice, and the importance of giving back.

The discussion included how to improve community cohesion through the provision of sport, art, culture and digital activities, and ensuring young people have Somewhere to Go with access to facilities.
